    If there is a defect in your product within the warranty timeline of [30] days from date of purchase follow the steps below.  

    1. Take clear pictures of the item and defect:  frontside, backside, interior, bottom and any other details pertinent to the claim.
    2. Submit photos, a copy of the original receipt and description to warranty@kragsac.com.
    3. You will receive an email confirmation and case number. 
    4. After reviewing the details of your claim and provided the defect falls within our Terms of Service, we will replace the item. If the item is no longer available we will issue an online store credit.   

    We reserve the right to reject any claims suspected to be fraudulent or that violate our Terms of Service.
