    Do you offer custom embroidery?

    We offer custom embroidery services with a minimum order and lead-time.  Embroidery orders are final sale, no returns. For more information email customercare@kragsac.com.

     

    How do I clean my Kragsac?

    To ensure your Kragsac has a long and healthy life, surface clean only using mild soap and cold water. Wipe dark and light fabrics separately. Let dry naturally, fully open. Never use a washing machine, dryer or iron.

     

    My Kragsac arrived wrinkled can I iron it?

    During shipping or when folded materials will naturally crease. This is a common characteristic of the fibers. Once open and in use the Kragsac will return to its original shape. 

     

    Are product colors on your website true to the products?

    We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Due to digital discrepancies we cannot guarantee that all computer monitors and devices will display colors correctly; nor other factors beyond our control that may affect color such as lighting and individual perception.  If you have questions pertaining to color selections we recommend contacting customer care prior to making your purchase.

     

    Does the Kragsac fully close?
    The Kragsac is a partial open sac with magnetic snaps that allow it to free form into different shapes.  The interior of our sac features two generous zippered pockets for securing valuables, and two deep lined pockets on the exterior for easy access.

     

    The magnets on my Kragsac occasionally pop open, is this normal?

    Our magnetic closure system is especially strong. If you find the magnets are not holding it is most likely the contents need to be rearranged or there are too many items in your sac, in which case you will need to carry your Kragsac fully open. 

     

    Do you offer gift cards?
    We do not offer gift cards at this time but will in the future. If you would like to be notified once they become available please contact customercare@kragsac.com 

     

    Do you offer free shipping, returns and exchanges?

    We offer complimentary delivery on all Kragsacs that ship within the continental USA.  Once a label has been created tracking information will be forwarded to the email address provided at check out. 

    We accept returns/exchanges within [14] days from date of purchase. Items must be unused, with hangtags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that we apply a restocking fee of 10%, and the cost of return shipping on all returns/exchanges. These fees will be deducted from refund.

    Do you charge duty when shipping internationally?

    It is customary for some countries to incur duties which if imposed will be a separate charge at destination, not included on your invoice.
