Shipping

We offer complimentary delivery on all Kragsacs that ship within the continental USA.  Once a label has been created tracking information will be forwarded to the email address provided at check out. 

We ship internationally to the following locations:  Australia, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.  International delivery times will differ and estimated arrival dates are calculated at time of tracking.  It is customary for some countries to incur duties, which if imposed will be a separate charge at destination, not included on your invoice.   

Returns

We accept returns/exchanges within [14] days from date of purchase. Items must be unused, with hangtags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that we apply a restocking fee of 10% which is deducted from the refund, and that shipping on all returns/exchanges is at the customer's expense.
